Chapter 3

He who sins (Noun – Old Nature) is of the devil, for the devil has sinned (Verb) from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that He might destroy the works of the devil. Whoever has been born of God does not sin (Noun – Old Nature Is Defeated), for His seed (The Word 1 – Peter 1:23 And The Presence Of The Holy Spirit – Ephesians 1:13) remains in him; and he cannot sin (Verb), because he has been born of God.

The Imperative Of Love

The Outworking Of Love

By this we know love, because He laid down His life for us. And we also ought to lay down our lives for the brethren. But whoever has this world’s goods, and sees his brother in need, and shuts up his heart from him, how does the love of God abide in him?

My little children, let us not love in word or in tongue, but in deed and in truth. And by this we know that we are of the truth, and shall assure our hearts before Him. For if our heart condemns us, God is greater than our heart, and knows all things.
