An Earthly Story With A Heavenly Meaning
Their Purpose:
Reveal The Secrets of The King and The Kingdom
And He said to them, “Do you not understand this parable? How then will you understand all the parables?”
Mark 4:13
Now the parable is this: The seed is the word of God.
Luke 8:11
“For as the rain comes down, and the snow from heaven, And do not return there, But water the earth, And make it bring forth and bud, That it may give seed to the sower And bread to the eater, So shall My word be that goes forth from My mouth; It shall not return to Me void, But it shall accomplish what I please, And it shall prosper in the thing for which I sent it.
Isaiah 55:10-11
“While the earth remains, Seedtime and harvest, Cold and heat, Winter and
summer, And day and night Shall not cease.

First Soil
When anyone hears the word of the kingdom, and does not understand it, then the wicked one comes and snatches away what was sown in his heart. This is he who received seed by the wayside.

Matthew 13:20-21
