Verse 1
Bless the Lord, O my soul;
And all that is within me, bless His holy name!

Verse 2
2 Bless the Lord, O my soul,

Soul

And forget not all His benefits:
“If we do not give thanks for them, we do forget them; and that is unjust as well as unkind, since in all God’s favours there is so much memorable; “O my soul! To thy shame be it spoken, thou hast forgotten many of his benefits; but surely thou wilt not forget them all, for thou shouldst not have forgotten any.”

Hebrew – “Salach” to forgive, pardon; to spare, to relieve someone of a burden

Isaiah 55:7
Let the wicked forsake his way, And the unrighteous man his thoughts; Let him return to the Lord, And He will have mercy on him; And to our God, For He will abundantly pardon.

Who heals (rapha – Heals) all your diseases,

There Has Never Been A Time Period Where
God Has Not Promised Healing To His Children

Ex 15:26
26 and said, “If you diligently heed the voice of the Lord your God and do what is right in His sight, give ear to His commandments and keep all His statutes, I will put none of the diseases on you which I have brought on the Egyptians. For I am the Lord who heals you.”

For I Am “Jahovah Rapha”
For I am the Lord who heals you.”

“Rapha” Appears 60 Times in the Old Testament
Means, “To Restore, To Heal, or To Cure”
Physically, Emotional and/or Spiritual Healing

NOTICE: He Forgives and He Heals
Forgiveness and Healing Are Always United

Luke 7:44-50
44 Then He turned to the woman and said to Simon, “Do you see this woman? I entered your house; you gave Me no water for My feet, but she has washed My feet with her tears and wiped them with the hair of her head. 45 You gave Me no kiss, but this woman has not ceased to kiss My feet since the time I came in. 46 You did not anoint My head with oil, but this woman has anointed My feet with fragrant oil.47 Therefore I say to you, her sins, which are many, are forgiven, for she loved much. But to whom little is forgiven, the sameloves little.” 48 Then He said to her, “Your sins are forgiven.” 49 And those who sat at the table with Him began to say to themselves, “Who is this who even forgives sins?” 50 Then He said to the woman, “Your faith has saved you. Go in peace.”

Matthew 9:1-7
So He got into a boat, crossed over, and came to His own city. 2 Then behold, they brought to Him a paralytic lying on a bed. When Jesus saw their faith, He said to the paralytic, “Son, be of good cheer; your sins are forgiven you.”
3 And at once some of the scribes said within themselves, “This Man blasphemes!” 4 But Jesus, knowing their thoughts, said, “Why do you think evil in your hearts? 5 For which is easier, to say, ‘Your sins are forgiven you,’ or to say, ‘Arise and walk’?6 But that you may know that the Son of Man has power on earth to forgive sins”—then He said to the paralytic, “Arise, take up your bed, and go to your house.” 7 And he arose and departed to his house.

No – Then You Cannot Be Healed

We Have Preached Forgiveness Of Sins Sometimes Without Healing
But What Is “Forgiveness of Sins?”

Forgiveness of Sins Is:
Spiritual Or Emotional Healing
It’s Internal Healing

Saved Greek “Sozo”
To Save, Heal, Cure, Preserve, Keep Safe and Sound, Rescue From Danger or Destruction, To Deliver (Redeemed Life, Free From The Penalty of Sin Life)

Romans 1:16
For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ, for it is the power of God to salvation (Sozo) for everyone who believes, for the Jew first and also for the Greek.

Romans 10:13 (Also Acts 2:21)
For “whoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved (sozo).”
To Be “Saved” Is To Be Sozo’d

Sozo: In Our Bodies Is Healing
Sozo: In Our Spirit Is Forgiveness of Sins

Mark 5:34
And He said to her, “Daughter, your faith has made you well. Go in peace, and be healed (sozo) of your affliction.”

Eternal Destruction – Redemption – Spirit

So that your youth is renewed like the eagle’s.

His Desire Is To:
Forgive You
Heal You
Redeem You
Crown You
Satisfy You
Renew You

Mark 16:17-20
17 And these signs will follow those who believe: In My name they will cast out demons; they will speak with new tongues; 18 they will take up serpents; and if they drink anything deadly, it will by no means hurt them; they will lay hands on the sick, and they will recover.” 19 So then, after the Lord had spoken to them, He was received up into heaven, and sat down at the right hand of God. 20 And they went out and preached everywhere, the Lord working with them and confirming the word through the accompanying signs.
